The house will be shared by the owner who is a friendly and sociable professional middle aged lady. The house is also occupied with 3 large very friendly dogs.

Broadbridge heath is a very pleasant village just outside Horsham. It is walkable into town along with frequent bus routes. Supermarkets and shops close by.
Horsham is very central to London, the coast, Gatwick airport, Heathrow is a bit further, countryside and Guildford along with many areas of outstanding beauty and national trust locations. Horsham has a main line train station, bus station, swimming pool and leisure facilities including gyms. Lots of restaurants for evening meals, afternoon teas in one of the many country pubs or tea rooms and a good variety of fast food outlets.
