Lovely double bedroom to rent in Victorian house

My husband and I purchased this lovely Victorian house and we are renovating the property from the bottom up. The bedrooms and living areas are mostly completed and we would like a professional, full time employed, tidy lady to join our household as a lodger.

We have a small spaniel called Oreo, but we are not open to lodgers with their own pets. There is on street parking, we are happy to share the lounge and common areas.

The room is a lovely double room which is decorated and has space for you to hang clothes, a chest of drawers for clothes, nice linen, bedside drawer and a new smart TV. We have a lovely shared bathroom and there is a shower room downstairs too.
