It has a double bed, large chest of drawers, bedside table, bedside light and built in wardrobe, also has a tv aerial point and GSH.

Kitchen and bathroom have both been refurbished and a large south facing garden.
You will have your own cupboard and use of washing machine, clothes airer, as well as cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Smoking only outside.
There is off road parking, one space on the drive for a small to medium sized car or there is on street parking opposite.

It is close to all local amenities within walking distance, the town centre is 15 minutes, Worthing train station is 10 minutes and Worthing hospital is 5 minutes.

We are a quiet, clean, tidy, professional couple, this isn’t a party house so looking for someone similar, who is respectful of others, keeps things clean and works full time.

This is for single occupancy only. As there is also another lodger.
Also cost of the room is not including someone WFH. Ideally we would prefer someone not wfh but can discuss this, if the person is right for the home.
