The house has a lovely big bathroom and separate toilet, well-equipped kitchen that leads out into a sunny south facing garden, and a comfortable lounge/diner.

I’m an easy-going female professional and work from home, so I'm ideally looking for someone who goes out to work. I have a lovely little dog called Ted, so you must like dogs.
