Double room - 2-3 midweek nights preferred

Hi, I'm ideally looking for someone to rent my spare double room for 2-3 midweek nights. Longer will be considered but I'll likely give preference to a shorter let. The rent stated is for someone leaving here full time and will be amended accordingly depending on the arrangement.

All bills are included unless you want to have the heating on more often than I do then I may ask for a contribution to that.

There is only one bathroom which would be shared with me.

I have a medium sized dog so whoever is interested must be comfortable with dogs.

I'm looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and easy to be around. I'm a professional person, working at home and I would prefer it if the person was out at work or working from home only a day or two a week max.
