Large Double En-Suite Room - beautiful garden!

Hello there - I have a large en-suite room to rent, in a sunny house, with a lovely garden, all bills included. We have Virgin TIVO boxes and you will have access in the kitchen seating area to watch what you want.
I am a 61 female, and I live on my own, but my son (31) is back for a few months saving for a deposit on his house.
We have a gorgeous little King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Ziggy, who will assume you are here for him, so you must like little cuddly dogs. He won't be allowed in the bedroom area.
I work mainly from home, as a funeral and wedding celebrant and enjoy a glass of wine with my dog walking friends.
I am looking to have a professional female, NHS locum would be ideal, to rent the room, (no party people please), who wants to live in a nice house, with access to plenty of walks (I'm near the golf course and access to Cissbury Ring).
We are really friendly and want to make you feel at home. You will have a large, bright, sunny room with a dressing table/ desk, bed, huge wardrobe, TV (can use fire stick with it) en-suite shower room (brand new floor being laid next week) and use of fully equipped kitchen and dining and seating area and use of the garden. We live in a quiet gated small estate and have parking on the drive.
