This room is a large double for single occupancy. It is freshly decorated and is a light and bright room. The bed has a new mattress and there is large chest of drawers and a hanging rail it also has a table and chair. I ti available for short lets only with a minimum of 4 months guaranteed, and potentially longer. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom with a separate toilet, the whole flat is very spacious. There is parking on street and its a 5 minute walk to the shops in Broadwater which include post office, 2 pubs, co-op, tesco express, Indian and Italian restaurants etc... Broadwater has many bus routes and Worthing station is a 20 minute walk away
