The house is a large mid - terrace with a garden. You will have the use of all amenities, including washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, and fully equipped kitchen.

The house has a large kitchen/ living area, down stairs toilet and 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor.

The property is a 10/15 minute walk from Worthing station, with direct trains to Brighton, London, Chichester and Portsmouth. It is also within walking distance to a small parade of shops and a 5 minute drive to Worthing town centre, with lots of shops, bars and restaurants .

The house currently consists of 1 professional lady and her 2 daughters, we are sociable but also respectful of others and we are looking for a like-minded housemate to join us. We also have a small dog and a cats.
