All bills and broadband included. There is ample on street parking, no restrictions. There is a good sized garage and lovely garden for bbq's in the summer. There is washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier and a brand new kitchen/diner. It's only 7 minute walk from nearest station (East worthing) or 10 minutes to main Worthing station. There are local shops nearby. We also have a cleaner who comes in every two weeks.

We're looking for someone who is fun, easy going and socialable.
