Modern ground floor flat in Broadwater

Hi, I am looking for a new female lodger to share my home with. Available room can be furnished or unfurnished and is available immediately. The flat is clean and tidy, with modern décor, in a purpose built development of flats in Broadwater near to the new sixth form college. Ideally, I would be looking for a tidy, (relatively) calm, but sociable female lodger. I am looking for a female lodger as I have a daughter who will occasionally stay over with me and she has said she would be more comfortable in the company of a lady rather than a chap.
My work and other commitments mean that there would be plenty of hours / days when you would have the flat to yourself.
