Clean, tidy lodgers wanted to share our home

Our single will be available again from 10th January 2017 £80 per week.

The Loft room and small double rooms are currently fully booked.

There is a shared family bathroom plus an extra toilet downstairs. You can use the family kitchen, laundry facilities and other living spaces. There is a large garden and plenty of parking space.

We are a fairly quiet, friendly relaxed home with adult children who visit often. We usually have lodgers in three rooms throughout the year - currently our 2 other lodgers are on work placements until the New year.

We are looking for clean, tidy, respectful and strictly non-smoking lodgers to join us.
We are 5 mins walk from Worthing and Northbrook (Broadwater) Colleges. 10 mins from GSK. We are close to bus routes, train station and A27. Good local shops with Worthing town centre 15 mins away. Ther is plenty of parking and room in our garage for a bicycle if needed.
