Housmate needed

Hi,

My housemate Yette and I are looking for a new house mate. We are friendly, easy going, respectful and considerate. We spend some time together but are also independent and respect each other's space. We are looking for someone like minded to share our home.

The available room is a large bedroom downstairs with a feature fire place and wooden flooring. It is on the ground floor next too the front door

The kitchen is large, sunny and well equipped, with a table and chairs for eating at. There is a small garden, a lawn with a raised decking area at the end and a pear tree. The bathroom is small and modern and the lounge has comfortable leather chairs. There is also a spare room, useful for storing belongings or having someone over to stay.

Sophie does a lot of youth work and works in an office and has a boyfriend. Yette works at GSK
