Large single room

Large single room, furnished, sharing with me (45, female, teacher) and my two current lodgers (female, 21 and 26). My daughter sometimes comes home from uni during the holidays.

We have four cats between us. We are all friendly and hang out together sometimes but this is not mandatory!

The house is being refurbished so is not posh, but I have broadband, hot water on demand, a dishwasher, washing machine and an xbox with access to Netflix and Amazon prime. There is also a nice sized garden and limited off road parking.

You need to be someone who is happy to tidy up after yourself (in a timely manner!) when you've used the communal areas. I also have a cleaner that comes once a week to do the communal areas.
