Single room with own living room fully furnished

Smallish room with 4 foot small double bed and own living room fully furnished. Share bathroom and kitchen. Smoking in garage if required large garden shed available if needed. Max 6 months to start with. Weekdays only at £400. 00 pcm.
I live alone with my girlfriend staying once or twice and week or I stay with her. The house has two living rooms and a conservatory so the front living room would be all yours.
I work 3 1/2 days per week.
Nice area close to shops and bus etc.
