Lovely double room

I live with my young son and our lodger in a four bedroom house in Worthing.

The large room that I have for rent is furnished but if you prefer you can bring your own furniture. The room has a TV point and the house has wi-fi. There is a large garage where you can store items.

We are an easy going household with two dogs.

The house is within walking distance of the station and also a longer walk to the sea. It is a short walk to Glaxo Smith Kline. There is a bus stop close by and a small parade of shops with a Tesco express and a couple of take-aways.

We are sociable and you are welcome to use the lounge and kitchen etc.
