Two rooms to rent in friendly relaxed home in lovely Broadwater location. One double and one single. Close to the station, shops, seafront, town, free parking and good transport links.

Washing machine, newly fitted bathroom and kitchen, garden, American style fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher.

I work as a Midwife and a yoga teacher and live in the property with my 15 year old Son who is independent and I travel quite a lot. We also have a cat. I am open to another pet living with us. You are welcome to share the use of facilities and some of the garden.

Ideally I would like someone who has a steady job, not too loud and cleans up after themselves.
Bills are included as is wifi and both bedrooms are furnished with the whole house being recently refurbished.
