Double room, en suite bathroom, single occupancy

I have a lovely, bright double bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom to rent in my 3 bedroom house. The house has a spacious living room and kitchen with a low maintenance, south facing garden and garage for storage.

The house belongs to my parents who will be living abroad, but I will be living here as well.

All bills (utilities/internet) are included. I have Sky+ with Sky Cinema and an Amazon Firestick for Prime and Netflix etc.

The room is fully furnished and has been freshly decorated, very recently. There is also a downstairs toilet and the house has been fully redecorated within the couple of years. Please note the wardrobes are built in, which you can hopefully see in one of the pictures.

The house is located close to the A23, so is ideal if you work at Gatwick or in Brighton or Haywards Heath. If you have a car, there is a parking space at the front of the house and in front of the garage which is to the back of the house. I work within walking distance and my job is a typical Monday to Friday. I’d be happy to live with someone who works similar hours or who does shift work.

My weekends are precious to me so it would nice to live with someone who has similar interests but who also has their own social life. I'm very laid back so as long as your tidy and clean, there shouldn't be any issues.

Dogs welcome too but no cats due to allergies!
