Access to the bathroom and Kitchen. Includes washing machine and tumble drier, cooker, microwave, pots pans, etc...

Great location, very quiet, it's near the country side.
You are in walking distance of both Burgess Hill and Wivelsfield train stations and local shops. (RH15 0TS)

Rent to be paid in advance on the 28th of each month, without exception!

Deposit to be paid as soon as you decide to take the room please so I can take it off the advert.

NO SMOKERS! No pets, no over night visitors.
Full time workers only. Must be clean and tidy.
