Bedroom is at the back of the house overlooking the back garden, it has a small en-suite which consists of a toilet, small sink and shower.
The king size bed has all new bedding and storage underneath.
All bills are included except food or phone.
There is free on road parking outside and Wivelsfield train station is a 7 min walk, Burgess Hill station is about 15 mins walk.
We are a quiet professional couple with a cat ( so cat lover is essential) we both work and tend to go to bed quite early. Our grandsons come for dinner once a week.
Our house is clean and modern inside with a wood burner and all appliances. There is a large back garden with seating.
This is our home so want trustworthy and honest lodger, guess that goes without saying, who is clean and tidy, who enjoys their own space.
The house has living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen downstairs, 3 bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
Happy for 7 days a week or mon-fri lodger.
