I have a partially furnished room available which has fitted grey carpet overlooking beautiful back garden. The room is small but as seen in photos it fits a double bed… just needs a base, wardrobe and desk with ease. Room is available from 8th feb. All bills included and free WiFi. Beautiful back garden to sit out in and parking right outside property. Near to shops and bus/train stations. There is one elderly small dog in the property who is friendly. Large kitchen/lounge with range cooker and lounge looks onto garden. I’m asking for £350 per calendar month paid in advance plus a deposit of £200. 2 other people in property which is myself the landlady and I work every morning and my other lodger who also works. Both are friendly working class people. Please don’t apply if you take or smoke drugs as this won’t be tolerated thank you
