Hi I’m John live in landlord I have a cat! Looking for a lodger, I have one other lodger.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a further storage, draws, bedside cabinet, lamp etc.
Shower shared with other lodger in bathroom, I have my own shower.
Furniture in the room can be moved/swapped as required.

All mod cons. Shared lounge kitchen. Smart heating/lights, oled tv/sonos, broadband.
South facing patio & decking with a garden room. Garden furniture, TV, sonos, heater & smart lighting.

Short wall through twitten/Silverdale Road to train station.

Only smoking in the garden please and I would ask you provide a mattress protector.

All bills included (water, gas, electric, council tax) but not the landline telephone.
