Double room in 3 bed semi Burgess hill, w/sussex

Looking for someone to accommodate one spare room in burgess hill sharing with a friendly 44 year old man with his 5 year old daughter who will stay every other weekend in a 3 bed semi detached house. Only 2 out of 3 rooms to be obtained. A pleasant well looked after property, with close walking distance to town centre and train stations. House share with room mate, typically he is in half the week. Please use all of the house, TV will be provided with two 3 seater sofas. Kitchen table also provided along with kitchen utensils.
