Double room and bathroom

We have a double room available for rent in our new build four bedroom townhouse. The room will have a double bed and mattress, bedside tables, mounted TV, chest of drawers if required and access to a bathroom. The bathroom has a bath and shower over the bath, W/C and heated towel rail.
The bedroom and bathroom are on the middle floor.
We are a married couple in our 30's with a school age daughter. We sleep on the top floor and have access to our own bathroom on the top floor.
You will be able to use the kitchen, living room and patio/garden as well as a parking space for one car. We have one pet house cat. We work Monday-Friday.

This is our first time renting out a room so initially this is for a shorter term let, however if successful we may consider longer.

We are looking for a professional female or mature/responsible female student who is reliable and trustworthy. We would also consider a professional couple for 1000 PCM.

All bills included, as well as WiFi.
