Small double room, Burgess Hill

Bright, sunny room available in Burgess Hill. Share of the rest of the house with one other: includes kitchen, bathroom, lounge, dining room, and small garden (which needs a bit of a tidy up, as you may spot from the pics. Don't worry, my job, not yours! 🙂).

You'll be sharing with a mature, professional, friendly female, who enjoys a chat, but is too busy for us to need to worry about getting in each other's way too often!

Vegetarian preferred, but not a deal-breaker.

House is less than 10 minutes walk to the town centre, and 15 to the train station, with regular direct services to London, Brighton and Gatwick (under 20 mins to the South terminal). The nearest corner shop is just one minute away, with a variety of other restaurants, garages, and shops within 5 minutes walk, and green spaces a short walk in either direction from the house.

You can feel free to rearrange the room as you see fit. It has a large built in storage cupboard with shelving. Happy to leave or take out other furniture as you prefer, apart from the bed. Please note, TV shown in the photos is not part of the room's furnishings as belongs to the current occupier.

Parking on the road is usually possible, but not always guaranteed.
