Quiet Location

My house is in a quiet location with a pretty garden that you are welcome to sit in. Your room has a single bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a chair. A desk and small bookcase are available if you need them. I am out and about a lot during the day so I'm glad of some peace and quiet in the evenings, although it's nice to catch up with my lodger at some time, usually in the evening. I have found with previous lodgers that we work well around each other regarding use of bathroom and kitchen. There is roadside parking. Town is 15 minutes walk, although there is a Co-op 5 minutes away. The station is 20 minutes walk. I'm looking for someone who is friendly and cheerful, considerate, (no loud music, and no musicians please), and tidy, leaving the bathroom and kitchen as they find it.
