Large single room to rent for summer

Pleasant family home near Wivelsfield station and Burgess Hill football club. Looking for Mon-Fri initially £600 or 7 days a week £700.

We are are a mum and son who live here initially with our pet dog. I work in education and my son is at uni, we are friendly and like quiet but also to chat and share stories and conversations. We would love someone with an international background as we are mixed heritage, some young person looking for a summer place to stay or a professional working at the airport, in the l public sector or in business. We are non-smokers and like to lead healthy lives so no smokers of any type please. Our dog is very friendly so someone who likes dogs would be preferable. We look forward to hearing from you.
