I have a bright and spacious large double room to rent in my home in central Burgess Hill. I have lived here just over a year now and share it with my two well behaved and friendly young cats.

The house is a beautiful Victorian property that I fell in love with as soon as I viewed it. As you would expect from a period property, all the rooms are large and well proportioned.

The house is ideally situated in one of Burgess Hill'™s premier roads and is a 5 minute walk to the mainline station (with London 45mins, Brighton 12mins and Gatwick Airport 18mins away). The town centre is a 2minute walk away but you'™d never know it as it feels such a lovely tucked away location.

You will get full use of the large kitchen, modern luxury bathroom and the rest of the house. There is a large secluded south facing garden with patio area and plenty of parking outside and in the surrounding roads.

The rent includes all bills and Wi-Fi / Broadband.

This would ideally suit a male or female professional; someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and considerate as I would like to maintain a clean and tidy house.

Ideally no couples but I would be open minded to discussion/negotiation. Above all, you must be a Non Smoker.

Me... I'm 42 and have lived in Burgess Hill all my life and work as a Manager at a well known Insurance company in Brighton. I like to keep fit and enjoy running, football and getting in the gym. I'm a sociable, friendly and trustworthy guy.
