The room is finished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, tv, a king size bed and an excellent memory foam mattress. So a good thing for a good night rest.

We are sociable, clean and respectful of others' spaces.
We have an extremely friendly old golden retriever.

The property is professionaly cleaned once a week.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area by Victoria Industrial Estate. Within 10 min walking distance of the leisure centre and 20 min walking to town centre. The mainline station is a 5 minute drive away giving easy access to London/Brighton. There's non restriction street parking.
