Room to rent 5 mins from town, close to stations

I am looking for one person to share my quiet and fabulously well-located flat: only 5 mins' walk to town and Burgess Hill station (for fast trains to London and Brighton), while Wivelsfield station is 10 mins' walk away (for trains to Lewes and Eastbourne).

The ideal lodger would be a non-smoker, male, and someone who can stay at least 6 months (happy to discuss a shorter arrangement). Professional workers/full-time students equally welcome.

The room is a very good size and furnished with a double bed (new memory foam mattress!), cupboard, drawers, shelves, desk and chair. There is a high spec bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, separate dining space, lush garden outside. Parking easily available.

You will get lots of peace and quiet as you'll only be sharing with one other person (myself: male professional, early 30s, live-in landlord). Rent is £125/week inc bills.
