We are looking for a friendly person to share our family home.
One double room is rented on one side of the house.
The room has its own shower/toilet room that is not used by us.
You will have use of the kitchen, office, lounge and garden.
As you can see from the picture of the street, parking in the road is not an issue.
This is a family home consisting of:
Tom (Me) - 36 - Was a teacher for 8 years but have just switched career in to software. I work Mon - Fri.
Amy (My wife) - 36 - Nursery Nurse for many years but now a Teaching Assistant.
2 daughters aged 9 and 11.
Our surname is Benyon incase you want to message us on social media.
Bills included for gas, electric and fibre optic internet.
Smoking allowed in the rear garden.
We have two cats and a Cocker Spaniel.
We would ideally like to meet those interested in person if possible to make sure that they and we are happy. Happy to start with a video call.
