Spacious double room for single occupancy, furnished with a double bed, triple wardrobe and a large chest of drawers, within a 3 bedroom flat, sharing with two other females.... myself, in my late 40's & my daughter who is currently at Uni, home during the holidays.

We have two dogs & a cat, so we would like you to be an animal lover too. *If you are willing to help out with a few dog walks per week & feeding the cat when I'm away, the rent will be reduced to just £450. 00 per month.

We have a lovely sunny south facing balcony & a reasonable size garden

You are welcome to store items such as a bike in the garage.

You will also have one parking space on the driveway.

Shared use of the bathroom (currently being refitted) the kitchen & lounge, with Sky TV.

Kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, fridge & freezer.

Smoking is permitted outside

*Train station 15 mins walk

*Town centre less than 10 mins walk

*Located within a few minutes walk to the industrial estate

*Gatwick airport apprx. 20 mins drive

Due to having a teenage daughter, I would prefer a female to share our flat
