The house sits in private lawned and wooded grounds of approx 0.8 acres, and is a 10 minute walk from Burgess Hill railway station and the town centre shops. Secure off street parking is available within the grounds. The rental quoted includes all bills, BT Infinity wifi and Freesat TV. The room is available ideally for 6 to 12 months although shorter term rentals will be considered. Preference is for a professional female to fit with the family dynamic. Please note we have a cavapoo dog and 2 cats (all 3 very friendly). The dog is not allowed upstairs and the cats can be kept clear of the top floor if required.
