Double room within house in quiet street just outside the West walls. 10 mins walking distance to centre of Chichester. Convenient for Theatre, hospital and colleges. Residents parking in street. Garage available for bicycle or motorcycle. Cleaner comes every other week to do the basics. I'm looking for a housemate who is clean, tidy, quiet and sociable. There is single room and a sofa bed in dining room for occasional guests. There is a bathroom with bath and shower upstairs plus a shower room downstairs.
