The house is centrally heated throughout, with individual room thermostats. The landlord does not have a cap on the inclusive billing for gas and electricity, and will not control the heating remotely!

The landlords/agent are members of the National Landlords' Association and are Chichester Council Accredited. The property is run in accordance with their high standards for private residential lettings, and is fully compliant for gas and electrical safety. You will be provided with a contract for your tenancy and your deposit will be held in a government deposit protection scheme.
