Excellent flat near Chichester cathedral

We've enjoyed renting this flat and are only moving because of my work requirements. It's situated in an excellent location close to the cathedral in Chichester and the rent is cheap for the position it's in. The amenities are all within a couple of minutes walking distance, and it's a pleasure to live here. I can't really find anything negative to say about the flat.
