The kitchen is fully equipped and contains loads of storage cupboards and two big fridge/freezer to accommodate all you require. Dishwasher and washing machine is also integrated. Furthermore there is a nice big shared living room, where you can sit together and enjoy your evenings.

The house includes two parking spaces and a back garden, ideal for a barbecue on summer evenings with friends. It is located in a familial neighborhood, 10 minute walk from the city centre and 15 min to the Portfield Retail Park what makes it ideal for getting around in Chichester to work and live.

The room comes unfurnished but you can take over bed and bedside table for a reasonable price.
