Single room in beautiful house near the city cente

A small single room in a beautiful shared house in a very good central location in Chichester. Bathroom is stunning (roll top bath etc) and shared with the owner (who is predominantly away). The house is very much a home with a relaxed vibe and nice features such as a woodburner in the lounge and a beautiful kitchen overlooking the garden. We don't have a TV in the downstairs living space as spend more time reading/listening to music but you are of course very welcome to have one in your room. Location 5 minutes walk to the hornet in town. The other tenant is a professional and we are both clean and tidy but also easy going. Minimum stay 2 months please.
