Fab en-suite double, East Chi, Mon to Fri only

We have a gorgeous sunny room to rent Monday to Friday. (2 or 3 nights per week). Tailored to suit a busy “work away from home” professional, the room gives you a great space during the week. (Rent £375 for 3 and £250 for 2).

The room is a large double with, kettle, smart TV, blackout blind and armchair. (desk available but not shown). There is a private en-suite shower room. We don’t mind laundering sheets, towels and running a vacuum over your room for you, as we imagine your weekly commute will keep you busy enough!

We have fast fibre broadband. All bills incl.

You are welcome to use the kitchen. There is room for a bike and behind the house, is your own private parking spot.

We are a professional couple (teachers), who are pretty quiet during the week. We are flexible on the whole and considerate people. Our son stays some of the time. Our room is on a separate floor to yours, so you will feel quite private and quiet.

We are British/Spanish and are very open minded to all sorts of people and languages.

Three months minimum stay. We want the house to ourselves at least some weekends, but happy to listen to your suggestions and needs.
