Double room overlooking garden in quiet location. Off street parking for two cars and on street parking in close if needed. Tenants sharing two bathrooms and two fridges, and a spacious living/dining room. Carpets cleaned earlier this year.

Room comes unfurnished but there is a single bed spare that could be moved into the room.

Short and long term rents considered. Would suit professional, as quick access to the A27 and a 15min walk to the station or to the centre of town. Bikes stored inside. Two corner shops in easy walking distance.

All bills included in rent. Friendly landlord who is very responsive when needed.

Unfortunately no large pets, but small contained pets considered.
