Large, modern, double bedroom with ensuite

This is a brand new house, so it is immaculate, the room is on the top floor so it is very private. You have your own ensuite and TV. We are 23 minutes walk from Chichester city centre. We have rented rooms in other properties via Airbnb and we always get great feedback about how welcoming and friendly we are. We are pretty laid back but obviously want someone’s who will respect our property. It would be great to share time with our tenant but equally we are happy to give and have our own space. At the moment we are only looking for a lodger up until the end of the year., this may change nearer the time. For two people the rent will be £50 a month more. All bills included. We also have a garage for storage if you need it.
