Double Bedroom - Chichester Canal

I am looking for a flatmate to share a two double bedrooms flat in front of Chichester canal. The location is ideal, really close to the train station and the city centre.

The flat is relatively new and comfortable having washing machine and dishwasher.

The room comes unfurnished, but it has a small built -in wardrobe and bookshelves.

I rented the flat through an agency, so it would be necessary to update the tenancy agreement to add the new flatmate.

I am looking to share the flat with a clean and tidy professional like myself. Some of my hobbies are running on park runs at weekends, cooking and occasionally going to the movies.
