Large double bedded room with plenty of storage space and a desk. When I am away, you will have the sole use of a shower room directly opposite your bedroom. When I am home, I may share this with you or I may use the bathroom, which is used as a drying room normally.

I am away a lot and am looking for tidy and clean living non smoking FEMALE. The other 2 lodgers are female.

Essential to have respect/awareness for others in the house re noise, cleanliness of communal areas etc..

All the lodgers work social hours and are very particular about cleanliness and unobtrusive noise levels.
