We have 2 beautiful rooms available in our gorgeous, friendly professional house share close to Chichester city centre. One is a delightful, quiet ground floor bay-windowed room at the rear of the house overlooking the garden with its own ensuite shower room. The other is a characterful ground floor room at the front of the house with working space and a comfy chair.
Bright and airy rooms with a modern touch and plenty of space for home-working should the need arise. The rooms are for single occupancy so NO COUPLES please and working professionals only.
The house has been designed for young professionals looking for easy luxury living with all the bills included in the rent. Just a few minutes walk from Chichester's station, bars and restaurants, and shops.
Guaranteed fast Wifi access to Virgin business broadband included and a CAT6 ethernet connection point too. There's also a TV point in every room in case you want to bring your own TV.
Your Home
Sleek and sophisticated, the kitchen has a large range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezers and plenty of individual cupboard space. Once you've rustled up your perfect meal, there's a large table and seating in a stylish dining area. The super cool lounge/diner has space for a large corner sofa and a flat screen HD TV for the perfect night in.
There is a secluded garden with a south facing patio and a large table and chairs. So close to the city centre you won't need a car but there are 2-3 off-street parking spaces and residents' parking permits are available on application to Chichester District Council (not included in the rent). Please note that we will need to discuss further the parking allocation and you may be required to buy a parking permit from the council if required.
One of our lovely cleaners will come in once a week to take care of the communal areas so it's always looking amazing. And our gardener comes in once or twice a month to keep the outside looking spick and span too.
Location
Just down the road from the City Gate Leisure Park to the south of the City Centre, the house is minutes from Chichester station and the Canal Basin. If you work in the city centre you'll be able to walk to work. The A27 is within easy reach for those who have to commute to work.
Your Housemates
Young professionals, carefully selected and reference checked. We have a marketing manager, a stone mason, an engineer and a medical lab assistant amongst our housemates. Everyone is really friendly and we take care to try to match housemates to make our houses your home. Sorry no couples and no pets.

The Boring Stuff
Minimum 6 month contract
One month's rent in advance before moving in.
Damage deposit £500 lodged with DPS.
Holding deposit of £100 taken to secure room during referencing which is offset against first month's rent.
Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer (free of charge).
Council Tax Band E.
We can do remote Zoom calls and a virtual tour of the house. We use TrustPilot so that previous housemates can leave us reviews as we thought this would be useful. Do check us out and search under Clearstream Property.
