Located on East Street it is a ten minute walk to both the University and Train Station, and a minute from the local shops and bus routes. This flat would suite a mature student, or a young professional. The room is a double room and so is suitable for a couple which would bring the rent to £312pp/pm + Bills.
I am a relatively quiet creative type working in theatre and live art, I also manage retirement homes on the weekends, making the flat totally yours Saturday and Sunday. I’m generous and love to cook, so living with me will feature many a cooked meal. I am seeking someone who appreciates their own space, but enjoys regular communication. As an artistic type my ideal flatmate would be someone who has an interest in the arts. I’m also an avid fan of videogames. The communal rooms are furnished with all my furniture and I am happy to swap some stuff out and get new items to truly make it a shared space.

- Microwave (Option to buy from exiting flatmate if wanted, as I don’t use)
- Saucepans, cutlery, and the like (will need own plates, mugs, glasses)

Lounge:
- Sofa, Armchair, Dining Table, Coffee Table, Large Tv, and two bookcases.
- Space for additional furniture
- Would recommend getting TV for the room, as the occupied room is not big enough to have one.
Other:
- Communal entry with two other flats so always someone to sign for packages
