NON SMOKERS ONLY. No smoking or vaping on the premises or in the back pathway.
GARDEN STUDIO is a fresh and comfortable bed/sitting room, well furnished with a double bed and an excellent mattress.
EN SUITE toilet and basin, desk, armchair, wardrobe storage, fridge, kettle, and WIFI.
SHOWER ROOM is across the patio inside the house. Available by request.
REAR DOOR to the Studio leads onto the back pathway, which is accessed through a locked iron gate.
BILLS included-MONTHLY CLEANING £20
ELECTRIC RADIATOR to be turned OFF when leaving the premises.
DEHUMIDIFIER to be left ON during the day. Evenings optional.
KITCHEN is in the main house. Dinner from 5-7:00 pm.
WASHING MACHINE is available for guests to use (DAYTIME). Heated electric drying rack.
ON STREET parking is free on Sundays. Monthly permit parking at nearby Cattle Market Car Park. Free neighbourhood parking at 5 mins walking distance.
