Level access from the front door of the house to the Studio. No stairs.
Bills are included, though cleaning is extra.
The kitchen is available for breakfast and dinner (till 7pm). Occasional light lunches are ok too, depending on your work schedule. Laundry room is also available.
On street permit parking on Whyke Lane from 9-5pm Monday to Saturday. Free nights and Sundays. Monthly permit for nearby Cattle Market Car Park £56/per month.
The Garden Studio is suitable for a professional person in full time employment, a mature student, or a WEEKDAY LODGER. Parties are not permitted. Occasional overnight guests may be arranged by request.
