This is a "no labels" friendly house and of mixed nationalities, so welcome everyone. We like to sometimes entertain with our neighbours and friends in the summer months with BBQ's etc. We are a 15 min walk to city shops, 5 min walk to Hospital, 5 min walk to Uni. Price includes superfast fibre broadband, free Netflix and all household bills (exc insurance).
We are looking for someone who is a dog lover, (as we have an adorable one, unfortunately we don't allow additional pets).has a sense of humour and likes to go out for a few drinks now and again or watch a movie together.
