Flatmate required - central Chi.

Hello I have a choice of one of two double bedrooms coming. soon in central chi. A minute from the train station and a short walk in to town. Over looming the canal basin. One of the rooms is en suite. Balcony, private, secure parking. Shared living room and kitchen. Looking for a clean and tidy easy to get along with flat mate. Must be a professional or a student. Happy to socialise but this is not a part flat. Non smoker preferred but if you do smoke please do so on the balcony outside.
