Large room in cosy flat

I'm looking to share my space with someone who is laid back and easy going. I have lived here for quite a long time and so the flat is comfortably furnished but you can remove and replace furniture in the bedroom and change it how you would wish (although you'd need permission to repaint/decorate). I'd like to think I'm pretty easy going and easy to live with! There is a private parking space with a locked gate during evenings and weekends. Ideally i'm looking for a young professional. During the week I work and so am looking for someone who is respectful. Based in Fishbourne and bills are included :)
