The room is on the top floor of a nearly new house so everything is immaculate. Being on the top floor it is very private. You have your own ensuite and TV with Netflix. It will be just you on the top floor.
Over the last few years we have had Rolls Royce interns, Doctors and medical staff stay with us, we are always sad to see them go but remain in contact with every one of them. Prior to this we hosted international students.
You will also have a desk and chair, 2 bedside cabinets a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. If you have your own desk etc, we can store ours in the garage. We provide a bike for you to get around on.
It is a big house so you never feel like you are on top of each other.
We are 23 minutes walk from Chichester city centre and about the same from the hospital and Rolls Royce. We have rented rooms in other properties via Airbnb and we always get great feedback about how welcoming and friendly we are. We are pretty laid back but obviously want someone’s who will respect our property. I am English and my wife is Chilean so Spanish is spoken occasionally in the house. We have travelled extensively and love a good conversation. It would be great to share time with our tenant but equally we are happy to give and have our own space.
All bills included with BT fibre broadband.
Kitchen has all the mod cons including a dishwasher.
