Double room with en suite and private ‘lounge’

I need to be completely transparent. This place might be sold at the end of February, but also we all know how these things can fall throw…… and if it works out, I could look at renting out another room where I’m moving to which will be local looking to upgrade house…….

First thing to know is that I have 5 year old Black Labrador, so being dog friendly is a must.

I also have my 2 year old son. Stay with me every second weekend and every Tuesday. And I can’t guarantee you won’t hear crying from time to time.

The room is a double at the front of the house with a small en-suite shower room and steps to your own private ‘lounge’ type room in the loft.
Comes with pretty much all furniture in the pictures (minus the chest or drawers) or can be unfurnished (except the loft room).

Short walk to train station and Chi town centre. Cleaners come once a week, this is included in the cost of the rent. Free on-street parking. Feel free to ask any questions.

I am only interested in serious professional people, not students due to my situation .
